More Americans are returning to the job market, experts say
People who had given up on finding jobs during the recession are starting to look again, encouraged by signs that the economy is improving, experts say. About 1.8 million people could enter the job market as the economy improves, said Mary Daly of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. A measure of the proportion of working-age Americans who are employed or seeking work has been steady for the past three months.
