London supermarkets are finding a growing market for organic foods, industry experts say. "We launched our range back in 1997 with just a couple of hundred products, and now we have 1,100, and that is all in response to customers," said Jonathan Church, spokesman for the Tesac supermarket chain. Consumers say they buy organic because they want to support family farms, and they think the food is healthier. But others say they are unhappy with organic foods' high prices.
