Some researchers are calling on Americans to demand the food industry stop inundating children with advertising on TV, radio and magazines. Kelly Brownell, a Yale University psychology professor and author of "Food Fight: The Inside Story of the Food Industry, America's Obesity Crisis, and What We Can Do About It," is leading the campaign. "The marketplace is already moving to do many of the things that critics like Dr. Brownell are calling for," says Gene Grabowski of the Grocery Manufacturers of America.
