Arkansas schools replacing chalkboards with high-tech whiteboards

Teachers in some Arkansas schools are using Smart Boards, large interactive flat screens that cost between $1,500 and $1,600 each. White County Central High School teacher Patti Lawson says the PC-driven devices, which can convert handwriting to text and display colored graphics, "wow" students.
