Responding to the Atkins craze and playing off the popular book "The Da Vinci Code," a Maine baker has come out with the "Da Vinci Diet," which translates the "golden ratio" of 1.618 -- the value of phi featured in the best-selling book -- and puts it into diet terms. The baker advocates bread as part of a balanced diet and says his ratio breaks down into a typical diet of 52% carbs, 20% protein and 28% fat.
