Coca-Cola yesterday announced the resignation of President and COO Steven J. Heyer, who said in a prepared statement, "Coca-Cola Co. today is on a well-conceived strategic course and is hitting its stride both financially and operationally. This is the right time for me to pursue new opportunities." BusinessWeek reports there could be other departures of senior management in coming weeks as new Chairman and CEO Neville Isdell assembles his own team of senior staff.
