Peruvian company Kokka Royal Food & Drink is finding great success with its KDrink beverage in Peruvian supermarkets, a health-oriented drink containing coca, the plant used to make cocaine. The company says the drink provides an energy boost, not a high. Although the coca leaf is banned outside the Andes, the company is lobbying countries such as Italy and Spain to open its doors to exports of KDrink.
