Many say Seattle's flagship Garfield High School actually houses two very different schools: one of mostly white, Ivy League-bound students and the other with minority students who find just earning a diploma to be daunting. While district officials insist they do not practice racial bias, many black parents contend their children are being deliberately shunted to low-level classes.
