Minnesota officials say they're facing an unusual problem: Vandals are torching portable toilets, especially in the suburbs. Construction site porta-potties, however, seem less likely to get hit, says Rich Anderson, owner of portable toilet supplier Jimmy's Johnnys, who says he sends only his oldest, dingiest toilets to places where they're likely to fall victim to troublemakers.
