Canteen Vending Services hopes to install 7,500 machines in dozens of cities that will feature healthy fare such as fruit cups, granola bars, turkey wraps and even vitamins. "Vending will be turned on its head," said the company's CEO, Mike Kiser. Canteen's self-imposed guidelines call for snacks with no more than 260 calories, 7 grams of fat and 250 mg of sodium per serving.
