The coffee retail giant plans to have 30,000 outlets open around the world, and says it will target America's smaller towns and suburbs for many new locations. Starbucks CEO Orin Smith says since most people don't want to leave their cars to get coffee, many of the new outlets will be drive-throughs, and added, "Despite what you hear now that we must be nearing saturation in North America, that is not true."
