The $315 million "Federation" skyscraper under construction in Moscow by developer Mirax-City is on track to become the tallest building in Europe. The skyscraper, which will feature a central tower and two glass-covered, curved-walled buildings linking to it, will reach 1,115 feet, and the design will be a departure from the city's older, industrial-style buildings.
