Fast Company writes that Madison Avenue veteran Wenda Harris Millard (onetime publisher of VNU's Adweek) is transforming the sales culture at Yahoo! from the days when leads were assigned to reps alphabetically by company without regard to market sector. "You can't address General Motors the way you address American Express or Unilever, Millard said. "We built our whole strategy around respect for the customer. When you do that, all doors open up."
