In an agreement between the New York Giants and New Jersey officials, the football team will replace their aging stadium with a new, $750 million complex to include 200 luxury suites, new stores, restaurants and practice facilities. The Giants will own and manage the New Jersey Meadowlands complex while paying $5 million a year in rent for the land and giving the stadium $1.3 million annually in lieu of taxes.
