In an effort to pacify Sean Penn, Universal Pictures took out an ad in the Los Angeles Times to apologize for featuring "the logo of a third party" in an advertisement for "The Interpreter," Penn's new movie. Penn's contract gives him the right to review promotions for the movie, and he reportedly was not pleased to see a T-Mobile logo on ads for the film.
