Dutch dairy farmers, fleeing high prices for land in their native country, are setting up dairies in the U.S. and elsewhere. "The thing that bothered us was we had a lot of money tied up in the land and the milk quota system, and you couldn't do anything with it. They were talking about getting rid of the quota system. ... That's when we decided to move," said Ada van de Kolk, a farmer who left the Netherlands.
