The new owner of Miami's Fontainebleau resort is expected to announce plans for a new 4,000-room hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, the first of what is planned to be a string of Fontainebleaus around the world. The company is also planning a major conversion of its most famous property in Miami, which, although it won't include gambling, will feature Vegas-style celebrity chefs, musical acts, upscale shops and entertainment options.
