Democratic Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, N.Y., and Patty Murray, Wash., plan to block a senate vote on Crawford because of the FDA's failure to issue a ruling on OTC status for the morning-after contraceptive, while Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., plans to block him over an issue involving condom labeling.
