To avoid any gaps in its advertising efforts, the U.S. Army has extended Leo Burnett's contract until March 20, even though the winner of the current review will be selected in December. Burnett is among six agencies competing for the $200 million account. The others are: BBDO, McCann Erickson, Grey, Ogilvy & Mather and Young & Rubicam.
