In an SEC filing, holding company Interpublic Group said it will restate its earnings from 2000 to 2004. In the filing, IPG warned that an internal review has revealed accounting errors in its financials that are "qualitatively material." However, the company says it is "on track" to meet a Sept. 30 deadline in releasing its 2004 annual report and its financial results for the first two quarters of this year.
