Passengers on Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Dream, which sails to Alaska out of Seattle in the summer, frequently are greeted by schedule changes as soon as they board the ship, The Seattle Times reports. Six of 12 voyages from Seattle this summer included last-minute changes to the ship's itinerary, and passenger compensation varies widely. The ship is running at lower speeds than normal due to engine problems that NCL says it is in the process of fixing.
