Truckers traveling the congested I-95 corridor between New York and Washington can save on tolls by traveling at night. In an effort to ease congestion, Delaware transportation officials have reduced the daytime toll of $8 for a typical 18-wheeler to $2 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. for truck drivers who use the E-ZPass electronic payment system.
