Prices for a 30-second spot at the upcoming Super Bowl XL are flat from a year ago, and demand appears diminished compared to the frenzy surrounding last year's game. This is in part due to less-expensive advertising opportunities afforded by the 2006 Winter Olympics and in part due to creative requirements in light of recent dustups involving racy content.
