British food retailer Tesco PLC is taking its estimated $80 million account from Interpublic Group's Lowe Worldwide, London, to a new shop being started by agency founder Sir Frank Lowe. The loss of the London office's largest account means more bad news for Lowe, which also has seen Century 21, Macy's and Unilever leave its roster in recent months.
