WPP Group's Y&R has won Bacardi's estimated $160 million global advertising creative account, which it will handle through its New York and London offices. Y&R beat out McCann Erickson, London and New York; David and Goliath, Los Angeles; and Fallon Worldwide, London, for the account, which will not include media buying or "below-the-line" activities.
