Smoking-related deaths around the world are predicted to double to 10 million by 2020, but experts say that figure may even be too low due to an unexpected rise in young female smokers, use of other tobacco products and exposure to secondhand smoke. The Global Youth Tobacco Survey of 750,000 teens in 131 countries found that 9% of the teens smoked and 11% used other tobacco products.
