Developers in Manhattan's crowded landscape of upscale new condos, co-ops and apartments are investing millions of dollars in advertising in national magazines like Vogue and Vanity Fair, as well as in local titles and online. "We haven't seen anything yet," said Michael Shvo, president of Shvo Marketing, which is representing the Giorgio Armani-designed 20 Pine St. project. "We're just at the beginning of an advertising boom."
