A study of data from 13,944 women in Norway concludes that women who take oral contraceptives are at a greater risk of suffering from migraines and non-migraine headaches. The researchers found that women taking the oral contraceptives were 40% more likely to have migraines and 20% more likely to have non-migraine headaches than those not taking the contraceptives.
