A deal for a new $1 billion stadium complex in New Jersey for the Giants and the Jets, originally brokered last year by then-Gov. Dick Codey, has been finalized. Some revisions were made to the agreement, including that the two teams will pay about $30 million worth of infrastructure improvements, the teams will be able to sell the naming rights for the entire complex and the state dropped the retractable roof request, which would cost about $300 million.
