An unnamed New York senior, one of the 4,411 students whose October SAT scores were originally underreported yet later corrected, has filed a class-action suit against the College Board and its contractor, Pearson Educational Measurement. The suit seeks unspecified damages, a refund of the test fee and adjustment of more than 600 erroneously inflated scores that the College Board has refused to change.
