Top prize black pencils were awarded for the first time in online creative design (to Leo Burnett Canada and Arc Worldwide for the design of the shop's Web site) and newspaper design (to The Guardian) at the 44th annual D&AD Global Awards on May 24 in London. Leo Burnett, London, earned the most yellow pencils with awards for viral, direct and digital categories for a youth-oriented public awareness campaign for the Department of Transportation.
