Major brand manufacturers are rushing to develop organic versions of their products to accommodate Wal-Mart Stores' push into the sector. But advocates for organic foods worry that the retailer's moves will further exacerbate a tight market for organically produced ingredients, and drive manufacturers to source supplies from countries whose organic standards are suspect. Wal-Mart is the biggest seller of organic milk.
