A study of more than 28,000 postmenopausal women found that those who drank more than six cups of coffee per day had a 33% reduced risk of Type 2 diabetes, compared to those who drank none. Interestingly, the reduced risk was seen regardless of whether the women drank regular or decaffeinated coffee.
