A new study indicates that eating low-fat dairy may help lower blood pressure. The benefits increase as more dairy products are consumed, researchers said. "If you like to eat dairy products, you may be better off watching the fat content," said Dr. Luc Djousse, lead author of the study and associate epidemiologist at Boston's Brigham and Women's Hospital. "Low-fat dairy products may be better than full dairy products, where the saturated fat especially is high," Djousse said.
