Start-up Gas Station TV is expanding a pilot program to show 15-second video ads on pump-mounted monitors at gas stations. The company is hoping to have the service installed in 400 filling stations in 10 markets by January 2007. Publicis Group agency Starcom is handling buys for Gas Station TV, and some clients in the pilot program include Allstate, Chevrolet, Pepsi and Wal-Mart.
