The $15 million ad account for Sam's Club, a unit of Wal-Mart Stores, is up for review. The retailer has received about a dozen proposals in response to its RFP, but incumbent Omnicom Group's GSD&M, Austin, Texas, was not asked to participate, because Sam's Club wanted "fresh ideas," according to a company representative.
