Big Tobacco must bankroll a national advertising campaign showing the risks of smoking and cease labeling cigarettes as "light," "low tar" or "natural," according to an order from a federal judge to resolve the government's racketeering case. Judge Gladys Kessler of the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia ordered the companies to run weekly full-page ads in Sunday editions of more than two-dozen major newspapers, as well as weekly 15-second TV spots in primetime.
