A Maryland man who won the distinctive honor of having the "toughest bridge commute" will have the reward of being able to push the plunger that will blow up part of the old Woodrow Wilson Bridge that caused him to suffer in so many traffic jams. The winner, Daniel G. Ruefly, is estimated to have spent 1,350,000 minutes in his car commuting over the Washington, D.C.-area bridge for the past 30 years.
