As part of its campaign for the Volkswagen Rabbit, Crispin Porter + Bogusky created an ad for the back cover of Playboy Magazine that features the magazine's typeface in backwards type, along with three Playboy models, also in posterior view, one of whom is tattooed with the VW Rabbit icon. CPB creative director Rob Strasberg told Adweek, "The original idea was to replace the actual ... Bunny icon on the cover, but Playboy said no one messes with that rabbit."
