With NCLB coming up for reauthorization next year, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush has entered the debate over the law by praising facets but also touting his state's A-Plus plan, which awards schools for the progress they've made in raising the achievement of individual students. In an article in the current issue of the journal Education Next, two Ivy League professors find the federal system to be "badly flawed" and not as accurate as Florida's.
