Kraft Foods CEO Irene Rosenfeld announced a series of management changes Tuesday, including appointing Jeri Finard, who was formerly executive VP of global category development, to the newly created post of chief marketing officer. The management changes are designed to promote innovation and creativity, Rosenfeld said.

Dean Foods Co., maker of Albertsons' store-brand ice cream, has voluntarily recalled some chocolate ice cream. The 1.75-quart package identifies the ice cream inside as chocolate, but the lid on the product says Rocky Road, which contains almonds. To prevent allergic reactions to the unlisted almonds, stores are pulling the packages and requesting that customers double-check before consuming.
