Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy believes quality food, relationships and service separate the chain from its competitors and have brought it to the brink of passing the $2 billion mark in annual sales for the first time in the company's history. Amid expansion in Florida, the company is looking for "high growth areas, high traffic areas, high levels of employment, high levels of disposable income and education levels," Cathy tells The Miami Herald.
