A federal judge in Florida has issued a nationwide injunction ordering EchoStar Communications to stop selling out-of-market signals for the four major networks to 800,000 subscribers on Dec. 1.
EchoStar customers affected by the ruling can access network programming by subscribing to cable or DirecTV, using an over-the-air antenna or by subscribing to EchoStar's local signal package, where available.
