Fallon, Minneapolis, has teamed with Weta Digital, the special-effects company best known for its work on the "Lord of the Rings" movie trilogy, for a TV spot for St. Paul Travelers Cos. insurer. The humorous spot is the third in Travelers' "Insurance. In-synch" campaign.
