Breakfast increasingly has becomes a preferred time to talk business, making hotels an especially ideal spot to invite potential clients, writes John Hogan, director of education and cultural diversity for Best Western International. The benefits of a "power breakfast" at a hotel are plentiful. For instance, there are apt to be fewer cancellations due to tie-ups, especially if the invitee already is staying on site.
