Visa has unveiled a holiday campaign via Omnicom Group's TBWA\Chiat\Day that casts Ebenezer Scrooge in the role of encouraging consumers to use their credit and debit cards more frequently. In the TV spots, Scrooge uses his Visa cards for "selfish" acts of charity that give him the chance to win up to $100,000 for himself.
