Food Network Southern belle Paula Deen has become known for drinking melted butter on television, soaking doughnuts with custard and using two jars of mayonnaise to make classic Southern lunch. Deen overcame past struggles with agoraphobia, which she opens up about in her new memoir, "Paula Deen: It Ain't All About the Cookin'," and created a cooking empire of two television shows, two restaurants, a line of baking mixes and seasonings, five cookbooks and a cooking/decorating magazine.
