Kraft Foods is expanding its chicken-product recall to all products made at a Carolina Culinary Foods plant due to potential listeria contamination. The recall now totals 2.8 million pounds, one of the largest meat or poultry recalls in several years. "We run a safe plant -- and we'll do whatever it takes to keep it safe," Carolina Culinary said.
