The 2007 U.S. Army Culinary Arts Competition is bringing together active-duty military chefs from all across the globe to compete in field cooking, pastry making, ice carving and other culinary contests. Each of the competitors has trained at Fort Lee's culinary institute for quartermasters, and despite levels of experience, each will be judged by world-renown chefs.
