Major food companies including Sargento Foods, Kraft Foods, Wrigley, Miller Brewing Co. and Tyson Foods are creating products with Latin flavors as varied as chipotle, salt-and-lime and dulce de leche. "There's no tipping point. It's a constant evolution of how we eat, what the supermarket is going to look like," said a representative for a food industry group, who noted that more exotic products such as mole are becoming increasingly popular.
